Mr. Gurvinder, till now only java app of Opera is available for Bada platform i.e the platform on which Samsung Wave works. We have given a detailed tutorial on how to install Opera on Samsung Wave (http://www.itechmag.com/download-and-install-opera-mini-for-samsung-wave/).
If you want then you can refer it but you can cannot add Opera as a Bada app for now.
