Windows Phone 7 Launched Today

Microsoft launched Windows Phone 7 today. Total 11 new handsets of different companies were announced on this new long-waited windows platform. Windows mobile operating system was first launched in April 2000 i.e. 10 years ago. With due course of time many other platforms came into existence like iOS, Blackberry OS and Android which started pushing Windows platform out of the smart-phone market.

Windows Phone 7 is a total new look of Windows mobile operating system. The transition took from Windows mobile 6.5 which was well known for its stylus supporting interface but this new Windows Phone 7 has something more in its bag for all of us.

Today when Windows Phone 7 was launched, a new range of 11 handsets loaded with 1 GHz Snapdragon processors, large WVGA screens and impressive RAM were revealed. The different handsets belonged to HTC, Samsung, Dell and LG. The list of all different models is as follows:
